New Sewickley Township issues Municipal No-Lien Letters.  Requests should be made in writing and include the following:

Owner’s Name

Address

Tax Parcel

Buyer’s Name

Closing Date

Sale or Refinance

Please make a check payable to New Sewickley Township for $15.00 per parcel and mail to New Sewickley Township, 233 Miller Road, Rochester, PA  15074

Garbage No-Lien Letters

New Sewickley Township does not issue Garbage No-Lien Letters.  The township does not provide garbage hauling services.  Residents’ can choose their own hauler.

Water & Sewer No-Lien Letters (If Applicable)

Please make check payable to NSTMA for $15.00 per parcel and mail to New Sewickley Township Municipal Authority, 233 Miller Road, Rochester, PA  15074

Zoning Violations and Outstanding Building Permits

New Sewickley Township does not issue Zoning Violation or Outstanding Building Permit No-Lien Letters.

Dye Tests

New Sewickley Township does not require Dye Tests.

Occupancy Permits

New Sewickley Township does not issue residential occupancy permits at time of sale.  The Township does require Business Occupancy Permits.  Please contact the Township Secretary at 724-774-7822 or by email at secretary@newsewickley.com for more information.
