Conditional Use Hearing

The Board of Supervisors of New Sewickley Township will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at the Township Municipal Building of 233 Miller Road, Rochester, PA  15074 to consider the following:

The application of Timothy C. Baker requesting a conditional use approval under Section 804 of the Township Zoning Ordinance for the extension of a nonconforming use at 1050 and 1054 Blank Road, Freedom, PA 15042 (Tax Parcel I.D. Nos. 691650172000 and 691650172999).
