The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held at 233 Miller Road, was called to order by Vice-Chairman Doug Martin at 6:30 p.m. Present were Supervisors Mike Phipps, Fritz Retsch and Martin Bonzo. Chairman Happ was absent.
