The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held at 233 Miller Road, was called to order by Chairman Greg Happ at 6:30 p.m. Present were Supervisors Mike Phipps, Martin Bonzo, and Fritz Retsch (via teleconference).
Absent: Vice-Chairman Doug Martin
Also, present were Interim Manager Susan Hockenberry, Treasurer Nicole Liston, Secretary Lawrie Borgman, Police Chief Ronald Leindecker, Road Foreman R.J. Kraus, Township Solicitor Chris Reese, Township Engineer Kevin Brett, Theresa Magness, Wess Magness, Anthony Magness, Dave Bauman, Duane Rape, Brian Perry, Patti Gerhard, Julie Leindecker, Jenny Fessler, Jim Hendrickson, Lou Delebosich, Amanda Peterson, Daniel Swab, Markus DeNapoli, Samantha Vinson, Timothy Gatehouse, Larry Hough, Gregory Carney and Jordan Lizzi.
Chairman Happ announced an executive session was held on November 16th, 22nd, 29th and December 6th for personnel matters. No action was taken.
